Once a student has been accepted to be a member of LoveOne...LoveAll, a $300 deposit will be required: payable by check and mailed to: LoveOne...LoveAll, PO Box 4040, Santa Fe, NM 87502. We will communicate by phone to the student and parents/guardians the information about the tour followed by a mailed requirement list. The application must be signed by the student and his or her parents or guardians. The balance will be due ten days prior to departure.

 

All applicants must engage in an over-the-phone interview before being accepted and students must provide two references from their high school counselor, coach, music director, or teacher.

 

LoveOne...LoveAll® is a unique program whose success will depend on the willingness of the student to cooperate as a member of a traveling tour and to behave at all times in a mature and responsible manner. The student must remember that he or she represents the United States of America.

 

It is essential that the student be familiar with the LoveOne...LoveAll rules of behavior and be expected to abide by these rules at all times.

 

While traveling in foreign countries, the student will receive instructions on local customs and practices. The student will be expected to behave in a manner that accords with those instructions.

 

The underage use of alcohol and/or the use of illegal drugs are grounds for immediate dismissal from the program.  Smoking cigarettes during the tour will not be permitted.

 

If a student behaves in a manner that is injurious to himself or herself, to another participant, to an adult member of the tour group, or to a resident of the host country, or if the students conducts himself or herself in such a manner as to disrupt the purposes of the tour, LoveOne...LoveAll reserves the right to send the student home without a refund.

 

Any student who is sent home early or who may choose to return home for any reason, including illness, a personal emergency, or injury, will be responsible for all of his or her medical costs. The student will also be responsible for all travel and related expenses associated with an unscheduled departure.

 

The staff/chaperones of LoveOne...LoveAll will have the safety and well-being of the students uppermost in their minds and will provide a safe, educational, and culturally enriching tour for each student who participates in the program. In return,, as a student traveling under the sponsorship of LoveOne...LoveAll, the student agrees to abide by the rules for the duration of his or her association with the organization.

 

Our tour requires all students to be in good physical shape. All participants will be responsible for submitting to us a completed health/exam form that is signed by a physician. LoveOne...LoveAll has the right to disqualify any member from the group if considered medically necessary, and will do so if a participant or family member falsely represents the student in interviews, the application, the participant's health form, or any other required paperwork. In the event of a medical emergency, LoveOne...LoveAll will do everything possible to obtain medical treatment. However, we assume no liability regarding provision of medical care. Students and their parents/guardians must check their health insurance for its coverage when outside the United States, or to purchase travel health insurance. An international medical and evacuation policy will be offered through LoveOne...LoveAll.

 

Participants and their parents/guardians will be required to read and sign an "Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk and Release and Indemnity Agreement" prior to becoming a member of the tour.
